You don’t have enough stars for us to give. We have bought and sold multiple properties in our lives and have had the privilege to work with many realtors whom we have enjoyed. They helped me tremendously with selling my first home in NW Tucson (which was a scary process for me to begin with) but they helped me every step of the way. They were recommend to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more happy with that recommendation. From the very beginning they took extra care to break down the process, numbers, steps, and all the details in selling the house. From recommending and scheduling handyman work that needed to be done on the house before listing it, to scheduling professional photos, to hosting numerous open houses they were absolutely amazing. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch. When the offer was accepted there were some delays with closing (from the buyers side) but Annie and Mark were tremendous in being persistent and advocating for a quick closing for me. I was moving to a new state which made the process a little more stressful but Annie and Mark were very supportive throughout the process which I am so thankful for. I cannot say enough great things about this amazing couple - they really are experts! I would highly recommend them for your realty needs. I am a National account manager myself, so was always gaging him as a service provider and how he inter-acted with us. I really felt he was Patient, Professional, full of impartial information and never made me feel any undue stress or overly emotional. As we were always very high strung in this process of this fast-faced market. We needed his calming insight and market knowledge being out of country buyers, and he ended up getting us a purchase price under our original offer. FYI we were also fairly aggressive after seeing how HOT this market was. But I would for sure recommend him to a good friend or family member, and already have.
